I was truly impressed by how on top of every single detail of helping us navigate the process of selling our home. Every time we had a question she had an answer. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. She never made us feel out of the "loop" of process. She made us feel that she had our best interest in mind at all times. I noticed that one of her emails was time stamped 2am in the morning meaning while we were sleeping Crystal was working making sure we would make the deadline before we were scheduled to leave the area. As a first time homeowner, I went in to this process pretty much clueless. Crystal was sooo supportive, patient and attentive every step of the way answering questions and making time for all of my family’s needs❤️ She’s very personable and sweet and provided top-tier customer service. Most of the process was done virtually, as we are a military family and lived across the country prior to moving into our house. Someone as trustworthy as her made everything easy and seamless.
