I was truly impressed by how on top of every single detail of helping us navigate the process of selling our home. Every time we had a question she had an answer. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. She never made us feel out of the "loop" of process. She made us feel that she had our best interest in mind at all times. I noticed that one of her emails was time stamped 2am in the morning meaning while we were sleeping Crystal was working making sure we would make the deadline before we were scheduled to leave the area. Crystal was a great realtor. As a first time home buyer and the wife of a Navy vet, it put me at ease that she is also a military wife who has personal experience with the VA loan. In the past, we began the homebuying process only to stop before purchasing due partially to the fact that the realtor we thought we wanted discouraged us from using my husbands' VA loan. In actuality, the loan did nothing but help us to get our dream home. Crystal was positive, honest and realistic with us while being sensitive to our unique situation and needs. She was kind in her words even when telling us things we may not have wanted to hear. She kept us on track and focused. She gave us advice when we needed it and encouraged us to do research, take our time and be sure we did not end up with buyers remorse.
